COACHING
What you can expect from my coaching
I am your trail guide, walking with you by your side through the wilderness of your life.
We create the space for you to look inwardly and honestly. We explore what is unfolding moment to moment, helping you meet yourself exactly where you are. This often leads to deeper truths and reveals the next steps on your path.
Yes, we can look to the future you want to create, but without learning to be with the present first, the future you desire may never take shape..
When we release attachment to specific outcomes, we open up to possibilities greater than we ever imagined.
Most people come to coaching because they feel something is ‘missing’. But the truth is, nothing is missing in you or your life. You are whole. Our work together helps you reconnect with yourself, tuning into your inner wisdom. It’s about becoming more of who you already are, finding meaning in challenges, feeling your emotions fully, and recognizing your inherent worth.
During our sessions we are, essentially, practicing the pathways of awakening, adulting, relating, belonging and finding meaning.
My clients often feel more relaxed, resourced and creative. They respond more effectively and wisely to the practicalities of life and leadership. They begin to know themselves differently. They begin to follow their own path.
I will hold you accountable to taking action aligned with your values and your authentic purpose. I’ll also challenge you to see things from new perspectives.
All I ask from you is honesty, vulnerability, and commitment.
These are the fundamental questions I would ask you:
What do you live for?
What is calling you to serve?
What is most difficult, challenging and painful in your life?
How does it work?
We enter into a partnership together.
We would typically speak twice per month for approx an hour, either remotely (Zoom) or in person in the South West of England, if convenient for you.
When you hire me I am your coach full time, not just in sessions. You can email/whatsapp me between sessions for support and encouragement should you need it.
To accelerate the process we can design into our programme two longer in person sessions down in Somerset where I live, which typically include breath work and nature connection.
Prices begin at £500 per month for a minimum commitment of 6 months. This can be paid up front or in two payments with the option of a ‘release of service’ at three months in case we agree you aren’t getting enough from the process.
I offer, at any one time, two bursary places for people who cannot afford this. If this is the case for you, please mention this to me in your initial correspondence so I can let you know of availability before we speak and discuss your circumstances.
Before working with anyone I offer a free 45 min consultation over Zoom so we can establish if we would be a good fit to work together!
We will get along if …
You see life as one big adventure, and you are on a journey of endless growth and discovery.
You are realistic about what growth takes, there are no quick fixes, and the joy is in the journey.
You feel you have a role to play in the formation and encouragement of an economic and social system that is more honest, compassionate and wise.
You have a deep affinity and love for the natural world.
You want to be in service of something meaningful. You can identify a passion or ‘calling’ even if you aren’t actively pursuing it in your life right now.
You have basic financial stability, you are meeting your needs and you can actively commit to following your own path now.
You are open to meditation, breath work and spiritual inquiry as part of your development. You are willing to have a daily practice of meditation and or breathwork of at least 10 mins and have at least 30 mins of undistracted time in nature per week.
You’ve got the point when you are thinking about this every day and you can’t carry on without changing something!
You hear the words ‘indigenous wisdom’ and something stirs in you.
We are not a good fit if…
You feel okay about coaching, but you ‘wouldn’t touch’ therapy.
You are looking to be ‘fixed’, ‘motivated’ or ‘optimised’.
You are looking for ‘tips’, rather than doing the messy work of self discovery.
You aren’t willing to talk about your feelings.
You aren’t prepared to slow down and recognise that the pace at which you live your life could be part of the problem.
You are not willing to be curious about the impact of your behaviour on yourself and others.
You are looking for a strategic coach, who will help you design and execute an action plan for your career transition.
