Relaxation Meditation
This is a 30 minute relaxation meditation inspired by John P Milton of Way of Nature. Find a comfortable place to lie down preferably out in nature, but you can also be inside using your imagination!
Relaxation is fundamental for our healing, and our ability to be open and connected to the world around us. Often we go about our lives not even realising how contracted, and therefore disconnected, we have become. When we combine relaxation with presence an extraordinary internal shift occurs, which is even more profound if we are out in nature.
